PRACTICAL INFORMATION
What should I bring for the day at sea ?
Just think about your swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
If you have masks, fins and snorkels with you, you can take them as well. The Delphis team takes care of the rest !
Where and when is the meeting scheduled ?
For N ° 1 and N° 2 Tours, the meeting point is located at the François fishing port at 9:00 a.m.
Cross the village of François until you reach the Marina / Fishing Port.
Park inside the green gates, in front of the "Kai Nono" restaurant.
Meeting is in front of the boat at 9:00 am, on the large concrete pontoon.

If you have chosen the Anse Spoutourne Trip (N ° 3 Tour), the meeting point is at Anse Spoutourne in Tartane at 9:00 am.
Is the catamaran easily accessible to everyone ?
Our three catamarans are accessible to everyone.
There is no age limit for children.

A large shaded living space is available for you throughout your day at sea.
Remember to bring sunscreen and hats.

We accept strollers on board. Part of the boat is also accessible to people in wheelchairs (PRM).
Please let us know in advance by phone so that we can do everything to ensure your safety on your next sea excursion.
BOOKINGS
How can I book my trip at sea ?
Reservations are made online, on our website and our online reservation system via our partner MyRezApp.
For each reservation we ask for the payment of a deposit.
However, if you have specific requests or questions, contact us on +596 (0) 696 90 90 36.
Do you have to book a lot of time in advance ?
As soon as you know your vacation dates in Martinique, remember to book.
Indeed, during the high season, when demand is higher, it can happen that we are sometimes full for several days.
What are the payment options available ?
Payment of the deposit is made online by credit card via our secure reservation system (MyRezApp).
The balance will be paid before boarding, the day of the tour.
We accept credit card, cash, checks and holiday vouchers.
Is it possible to privatize the Catamaran ?
Of course !
It is completely possible for you to privatize the catamaran for any type of event, whether private or professional in Martinique.

WEATHER AND SECURITY
Is the Catamaran safe for all audiences?
Our three catamarans are equipped with all the safety equipment necessary for your trip to sea, whatever the public.
Our crews (sailors and captains) are trained and qualified to ensure your safety throughout the day at sea.
Of course, you will still have to remember to stay attentive in your movements and especially those of your children.
I don't really know how to swim ... Is it serious?
Rest assured, not at all !

You can perfectly not bathe if you do not have the desire or the possibility.
Do not forget also, that when you are on the White Funds, you will be able to have your foots touching the ground !
In some places the bottoms are really very shallow.

Either way, life jackets and safety buoys are available to you throughout the day.
Do not hesitate to let us know if you want to go in the water, we will be happy to assist you.
What happens if the weather is not good ?
We are always particularly attentive to the weather.
This is why we make a weather point the night before and another weather point on the morning of the outing.
In the event of bad weather that does not allow safe outing, you will then have the choice between postponing your outing to a later date, depending on availability, or having your deposit refunded at no additional cost.
DRINKS AND MEALS
What will be the menu offered on board the boat ?
We take great pleasure in preparing and sharing with you fresh meals with typical local flavors.
With us, everything is cooked the day you go out.
You will find a description of the different meals and drinks offered in the description of our Tours.
I am allergic to something, what should I do ?
You will simply have to let us know when you make your reservation so that we can offer you a meal adapted to your allergy.
Have you planned a vegetarian menu ?
Of course, we've got you covered ! Just let us know when you make your reservation !
Is access to the bar unlimited ?
Yes, access to the bar is possible in self-service all day (ALL INCLUSIVE Formula)
You will therefore have at your disposal all the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that we offer.
Please note that the alcohol offered by our partner Rhum Clément should be consumed in moderation, especially on a boat.
